Hi,

Is there a fuse for the radio or the cigarette lighter perhaps, (maybe they are the same fuse)?

They both usually work with the ignition key in the ''accessories'' position, so the engine doesn't have to be running (or the ignition key in the ''on'' position) to have power available through the fuse.
