Why does my keyboard act like it is disconnected when tilting back.

Text:

When I tilt the tablet back on the keyboard, there is a specific spot where the windows sound of a peripheral disconnection occurs and the screen blinks.  After you get past that spot, the windows peripheral connected sound occurs.  What can cause this and what can be done to fix it?
