First, ensure your charging cable and outlet are functioning properly. If one of these are not functioning, your tablet may just be dead and not able to charge due to a broken charging cable or outlet. If this does not restore power to your tablet, the battery is more than likely damaged and will need to be replaced in order to restore the tablet's functionality.
