1. type "Services.msc" in search |
2. Double-click "Printer Spooler" in "Services" |
3. Click Stop and click OK. |
4. type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and delete everything in the spooler list |

type "devices and printers" in search and select "devices and printers" |
-Select your printer and right click and select "remove device" |
-Then on top of the page on the menu bar click on "add printer" |
* windows will now search for available printers connected to your computer through USB |
* select the appropriate printer that you want to set up and click on add device |

Now Unplug the printer from both your PC and its power source. |
Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer |
Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer |
Now plug it back in |
try printing a draft now and let me know the results |
