| 1. type "Services.msc" in search |
| 2. Double-click "Printer Spooler" in "Services" |
| 3. Click Stop and click OK. |
| 4. type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and delete everything in the spooler list |

| type "devices and printers" in search and select "devices and printers" |
| -Select your printer and right click and select "remove device" |
| -Then on top of the page on the menu bar click on "add printer" |
| * windows will now search for available printers connected to your computer through USB |
| * select the appropriate printer that you want to set up and click on add device |

| Now Unplug the printer from both your PC and its power source. |
| Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer |
| Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer |
| Now plug it back in |
| try printing a draft now and let me know the results |
