Assuming you have trier multiple controllers, possibly the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth card or antenna cable has become damaged from the drop.
 
If it's just the antenna cable the plug for it can come loose.
 
You need to open the back cover and remove the power supply have access to replug theWi-Fi antenna cable. The Bluetooth antenna cable is accessibly with just opening the back cover.

Wi-Fi cable is under the power supply but it's very unlikely for that one to come off while the Bluetooth cable can come off easily.
 
If the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth card is broken then you will need to source the part to get it replaced. I recommend going to a technician to get that part replaced if it is the case because it requires surface mount soldering.
