Hi,
 
Read these two quotes online, regarding no signal problems on Xperia Z3 compact. It might be worth trying.
 
1."Go into the APN settings and change the APN protocol to iPv4 only (it was iPv6 before) seems to fix the problem.
 
How to find the setting: Menu -> Settings-> Wireless and Network- > more -> Mobile networks -> APN -> "''your mobile network''" -> APN protocol -> Set to IPv4.
This appears to fix the issue for me."
 
2. "I had it on IP v4, and it worked by changing it to IPv4/IPv6"
