new equipment failure!

Can't get MY BRAND NEW IRULU 10 inch Model number AX105 to connect to the internet at all ??   put in wifi info and it was not registering so I connected to my computer tower with a standard USB cable and it STILL won't connect???

Have left 2 messages with customer support !

AND YOU USER MANUAL WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER IS WRONG IN THE BOOK !!     THE BOOK HAS  1 800 542 1198....... WRONG NUMBER       YOURS IS  1 800 542 1798  !!   Need to FIX THAT TOO!!
