Have you tried a different charger? You can use a USB cable to connect between the speaker and a working PC and see if the charging light in the speaker turns on. If it does the charger is faulty. If not, first try a different USB cable, in case the first one (if you used the one from the power adapter) is faulty. If the light still doesn't come on, you either have a faulty charge circuit in the speaker or a faulty battery
