Problem with charging could come from the follwoingfollowing: charger, battery, or logic-Board. or all of them together.(very unlikely)

From my experience, most of the time its logic-board. One thing you can do is: try to get a hold of another charger, try to unplug and replug the battery, and also try connecting your macbook to power without the battery plugged in. see if that works.
