Hello,
It sounds like your NutriBullet isn't turning on at all. This could be caused by a number of problems.

First, check that you are plugged into a working power outlet. Try plugging in another device and seeing if that device works with that outlet. Once you make sure the outlet is working, the next biggest culprit is a stuck activator button. They can get stuck if sticky juice gets on them and then hardens. You can check the white activator buttons on your device by looking at them and pressing on them with a flathead screwdriver. Finally, if the activators are working, then the motor might need to be replaced. If your NutriBullet is still on warranty, then contact magic bullet about a replacement.
