Aaron,

You are most likely experiencing this problem due to having insufficient random access memory (RAM) chips in your laptop. This is a very simple hardware fix that involves buying more RAM and should not take very long. After purchasing a new chip with more memory, remove the large plastic cover located on the bottom of your laptop. You will have access to your RAM once the plastic cover has been removed. Pull the RAM chip out of the mounting and replace it with new chip. For further disassembly/replacement information, the [[Gateway W350I Troubleshooting#Section_Computer_Will_Not_Boot|W350I device troubleshooting page]] will be helpful.

I hope this helps!
