i5 processor replacement and processor embedded

Do the intel processor has a socket? Is it possible removing the i5 processor for future upgrades???<br /> <br /> What does it mean that the i5 520M 2,4 GHz is embedded and the 540M 2,53 GHz isn't??<br /> <br /> The i5 520M 2,4 GHz and 540M 2,53 GHz don't support EEC, but the 520E 2,4 GHz does. Do there is an advantage with EEC??<br /> <br /> regards
