On the cloning I use a program called True Image http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/?source_detail=NA-US-EN-SEM-branded-ati&gclid=CN6CrKPA3rQCFao7MgodxzwAAA I use it for customers that have a hard drive going bad and it has the factory restore on the same hard drive. It images the entire drive all partitions. You could use it from your bootcamp side because I do not know if it works on OSX. I know you can use it to resize the partitions as well. However if it was me I would just do a fresh install of everything to have a nice fresh start with a SSD.

Side note make make sure you turn off the auto defrag in Windows 7. It will burn up the SSD.
