Samsung Washing Machine: No power. Stopped mid-cycle with clothes washing.

Hello!

While I wait seemingly forever for Samsung techs to contact me to schedule a service call, I’m hoping for some guidance in the very least to get the wet clothes out of my drum.

I have a:

Bespoke 5.3-cu ft High Efficiency Stackable WF53BB8700ATUS

Steam Cycle Smart Front-Load Washer (Silver

Steel) ENERGY STAR

Purchased in July 2023.

I was washing clothes when I got an alert from my SmartThings app which said: “check water draining system.”

It became unresponsive after that, it was still lit up and “alive” but wouldn’t do anything, even through the SmartThings app.

Suddenly all power to it went out. To note, I have this stacked, with the dryer on top. I’m not able to move it on my own to get into anything on the top panel of the washing machine.

The dryer still has full power and is fully working - I have only one plug for both devices.

I’ve unplugged it and waited 30 min before plugging in, nothing.

I’ve flipped the circuit board, nothing,

I drained ALL of the water and cleared out the filter which was pretty clean to begin with.

Is there anything else I can do? I just want to get this door opened.

Samsung Washing Machine WW90J6413CW: Why does my washing machine pause early in it's cycle?

My Samsung washing machine pauses a few minutes in to cycle once water is dispensed into the drum. I've experienced the uneven laod issues towards the end of a cycle and it's not that. Followed a load of trouble shooting. Waste is clear, filter is clear, water inlet is clean. Its as if it won't spin once the weight of the water is in the drum. I can sometimes get it to complete a drain and spin cycle when empty. I've also run a recalibration. Samsung have been beyond unhelpful as its out of warranty. Tried a local independent engineer but he was old school and couldn't give any insight. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung Washing Machine: Mystery Wire Exposed From Behind Drum - No Water Flow to Start Cycle

We have a Samsung WA50R5200AW top-loader washing machine.

As of the night before, it was working normally. Upon loading laundry yesterday, a wire was visible hanging out from behind the drum. There are 2 wires, 1 black, and 1 yellow, wrapped in green tape. Upon closer inspection, it appears that one of the plugs may be broken. (pictures attached)

I attempted to start a couple of different cycles, but there is no water flow, and it never actually starts what would look like a normal wash cycle.

Additionally, on the display panel is a rotating, rectangular image that I have not seen before (also attached).

Short of taking it completely apart to search for the connection, does anyone have any specific ideas for me to look for?

Samsung Washing Machine: Rotor and stator broken?

Hi my front load samsung washer started to make a squeaking sound this morning.

I traced the sound to the rotor stator.

I flipped the covering on the rotor stator around and the drum turned with no sounds.

When the cover is on I hear a squeak. So the issue seems to be with the rotor stator.

I tried putting some grease on where the shaft joined the cover. Squeeked still there.

Now the motor is not spinning the washer at all.

I suspect the squeek was the stator failing.

Could I be missing something or is it likely the stator rotor?
