PC Desktop: Monitor no signal after start up

Hello.

So just today, I have this problem where my monitors does not display anything after start up. I would turn on the CPU and everything runs fine (fans, power supply, etc) but my monitors stay undetected as if my computer was never turned on.

I did some research and, so far, I've tried:

-removing all or some of my RAM and switching them through diferrent slots.

-removing and reinserting my PCI and my graphics card

-resetting CMOS through the jumper switch and battery

-unplugging everything from the Power Supply and replugging.

-pressing the CPU on/off button for an extended amount of time.

So far nothing has worked and I'm completely stumped. Everything was working fine until my computer randomly crashed darker today and then froze in start up to now not displaying anything. Any help would be highly appreciated and thanks beforehand.

My specs are-

-8 GB ddr2 ram

-quad core Intel

-nvidia gt640

-corsair tx650 power supply

HP EliteBook Folio 9480m: Pressing power button turns on keyboard light but nothing else happens

When I press the power button, the keyboard lights will enter some kind of loop, where they turn on and off repeatedly, but nothing else happens, no image on screen, no boot messages or image, nothing.

I tried replacing the battery with a new one, and tried using a different charger, and still have the same issue.

Update (11/14/2021)

A late update: ~1 month after resolving the issue, the laptop started having similar problems again. To solve them, i just removed 1 of the RAM modules. Haven't had any more issues, apart from a defective battery. So it seems the problem was the RAM.

Dell Inspiron 15R (N5010): N5010 - 8 beeps. Screen won't turn on

Hello.

I've had my N5010 for almost 3 years now, and lately I've come across some problems, which peaked with the last one - dead monitor apparntly.

It started with overheating problems sometime ago, then 2-3 weeks ago whenever I turned on the laptop it wouln't boot or show anything, meaning it would turn on, the lights were on but there were no beeps of signs of boot or any display (well, screen backlight was actually going on but it was still dark), What I did whenever that happend was letting the battery dry out and then would plug it to the power supply and turn it on, usually worked.

Then, about a week ago, it stopped working all together - whenever I turn it on, the screen stays black and after a few seconds the laptop starts to beep 8 times over and over again until I shut it down. I've read online that 8 beeps means there's a problem with my screen or something like that.

I've tried connecting it to an external monitor yesterday and it does work.

What are my options? My warranty runs out in about 2-3 weeks - thing is, my keyboard broke couple of months ago and I replaced it at my own expanse in a private shop - does it void the warranty? and does the warranty covers this at all? I just don't want to send it all the way to the lab when there's a possibility they won't even fix it either because warranty doesn't cover it or because warranty was voided...

Thanks in advanced! :)

Dell Inspiron 6000: How do I fix my broken audio-out jack?

I have a problem that's been pestering me for quite a while. About three years ago I began to intermittently lose sound from the intergrated speakers on my Dell Inspiron 6000. This loss became more and more frequent, and as of now I cannot play the sound from the onboard speakers unless I place something into my headphone or microphone jacks. To be more descriptive, I take a 1/8" headphone jack plug and stick it in about halfway, then angle it downward and hold it there. I usually use my wallet to prop against the plug -- it's thick enough to hold it in place, but not too thick to break the plug or jack. This, and only this, usually gets the sound to work from the external speakers.

The headphone jack used to work just fine otherwise, but has over time stopped transmitting sound more and more to the headphones.

About two years ago, I tore apart the whole enchilada. There were no broken wires anywhere, and the headphone/mic jacks were soldered to the motherboard. I looked around and nothing appeared to be burned out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about fixing this problem? The laptop runs like a champ, even though it's approaching 4 years.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
