LG G4: LG G4 screen turning itself on after timeout

This issue started about 3 or 4 days ago for the record. I have been trying to find a solution online but I have yet to come across a real solution (other than sending it in to LG for 9 days (completely unacceptable)). It happens whenever I turn the screen off, either through the lock button or the double tap. The screen will power off correctly and then turn itself back on within the next second. If i leave the screen to timeout at 15 sec like I have it set to, the phone will dim and then the screen will close, only for the screen to immediately turn itself right back on. This is killing my battery life and making my phone constantly overheat. If someone has found a solution please share it with me, I am reaching my wits end

LG Stylo 2: How Can I Recover My Photos and Contacts from My Old Phone?

A few days ago, I goofed and walked into a lake with my cell phone in my pocket. The phone was completely submerged in the water for less than a minute. I found out about it shortly afterward so then, I set out in the sun on a boat for about five hours. I bought rice later on, and put the phone in. This was Monday afternoon. The device made progress from only showing lines on the display, to now where the touch screen is all messed up. I bought a new phone this morning, but none of my contacts or pictures transferred over with my sim card. How can I get these pictures and contacts over? The phone that got in the water was a LG Stylo 2 Pro, and I just bought a LG Stylo 3. Thanks for your help!

Nexus 5: How to repair my water damaged Nexus 5?

My phone got wet due to rain today. Though it was not direct exposure it was in my " rain-proof" jacket. When I initially inspected, water was minimal so was not overly concerned. Though when I turned on the screen it gave weird screens with continuous activity and totally died after a while. I was at office and couldn't put it on a bag of rice immediately. Put it after 8 hours during which I was unable to turn the phone off since the screen was completely black and battery was non removable. Now I have put it on rice and haven't looked at it since. While at office, Notification LED and sounds were working and also heard cracking noise inside the phone for a while.

Any instructions will be appreciated.
