How do I replace the charging port on an ipod touch? The cord was accidentally yanked out and broke a couple prongs inside the ipod. So it will no longer charge or connect to PC.

My Panasonic Viera plasma TV won't turn on. It won't respond to the tv remote. If you press the power button on the side of the tv the red standby light comes on solid but the screen doesn't turn on. No sound comes out either. After the red standby light comes on the buttons on the side of the tv don't do anything, including the power button.

Vizio Television: TV randomly turns on and off repeatedly

I have had my Vizio for a little over a year, a few months ago it started to lag when I changed the volume or channel with my cable remote. We have lost the remote to the tv so it can only be controlled by the cable remote, smartest app via the phone and another vizier remote we have for a TV in the kids room (just realized about a year ago the kids tv would turn off by itself but immediately turned back on).

After this issue the TV started to turn on and off by itself, not just a few times but it continuously does this ALL day, about once a day the TV will eventually turn on and stay on but I don’t hold my breath waiting for this to happen. When the TV turns on the Vizio symbol appears, disappears after about 5 seconds, the screen gots dark and then turns off, this is the ongoing cycle.

Can someone please help, it is out of warranty, we have tried changing all outlets, cords and unplugging and plugging it back in, Tried the method form when the TV is in RGB mode but no success.

Also, when the TV is in its cycle of on and off we cannot turn the TV on using any of the current devices.

Please help, football season is here and this is the one in the living room we use all the time.

When I turn it on or off, it doesn’t make any sound. The speaker worked just fine about a week ago and I haven’t used it since then. I have factory reset it and updated it. It does connect to my phone but there still isn’t any sound.

Hi there so here is my problem, I have an iPod touch first generation and I just reset it, I also downloaded iTunes for my computer *which is an hp laptop that runs on windows 8*, now when I plug my iPod into my computer iTunes comes up and says it cannot connect to this iPod touch? what do i do to fix this issue? btw it does connect to my computer but not to my iPod

LG Television: How do I fix dark screen but can faintly see picture when I hold light

I have LG 47LN5200-UB, has been working fine but two nights ago went to turn it on and screen is black. I can see a Faint picture if I hold a flash light up to the screen.

I have tried unplugging it, holding the power button for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. I tried switching picture settings to vivid. But did not help. Sound works fine.

What else can I try.

I found an I pod touch, model A1421 , in parking lot. Its password protected so how do I bypass password and do a total factory reset ? Ive never owned or used anything Apple before, but did just create an I Tunes account because according to most articles I will need to connect to it to do a restore. In February we were promised guides and parts for the valve but this place is empty and void of any valve teardowns or parts. What happened? Was the plan scraped? Lots of users need new batteries for the controllers, some of those devices are 3 years old now.

LG Television: LG TV - powers on, but black screen after LG logo, backlight is on

Hi guys,

A few days ago my TV screen suddenly went black and I don't quite know what to do.

Basically, if I turn it on the LG logo will appear for about a second or so and then the screen goes black. although backlight stays on. The only button on the remote that does anything is the on/off one.

Called up 2 tv repair shops and both told me almost straight away that it sounds like the panel is dead and I need to basically replace the whole screen (a $3,000 repair), which I don't quite believe.

When I took the TV off the wall and tried turning it on again a few days later - it worked fine for maybe 10 seconds and then the screen went black again.

Maybe there is a loose connection somewhere or something.

Any ideas? I hope there's something I could try before I throw it away.

The model is LG 70" UH635T, I could find it in the list so had to choose a random LG model when posting this question

AirPods: Charging Airpods without the charging case.

Hi,

Ive lost the charging case for my airpods, is there an alternative way i can charge the airpods?

Maybe by applying the correct voltage to the power connections on the bottom of each airpod?

I do plan on getting placement charging cradle but its not possible for me at the moment.
