Two screen protector replacements, then the other day I went to open it and the hinge on the right side broke and bubbled up my screen. Now my inside screen won't work, and the phone hinge is making the phone close a little lopsided. I contacted customer support and, surprise, they won't warranty it because I can't prove that it wasn't damaged by me. Even though it wasn't. I have no idea what happened. I wasn't even rough with it. It is always in a case. I just wondered if that has happened to anyone else and what I can do about it?
