Refrigerator: Water on the floor and bottom of freezer has layer of ice

I google this and found a partial answer but not the whole thing. Our freezer has a thin layer of ice at the bottom. About once a day, there's a puddle of water on the floor outside the freezer, though it doesn't seem to be coming from under the refrigerator.

So, I'm not sure if those two things are related. I've read I should clear out the freezer and reset it, and some have said part of the freezer may be clogged. However, I'm not sure how this could cause the water on the floor, when no area under the freezer is wet. Thank you for any feedback.

Today I had a Frigidaire Model #LFTR2045VF delivered. I set both the fridge and freezer thermostats to the "recommended" settings. After about 4 hours of running, I noticed the fridge was off. Freezer temp was about 22 degrees and refrigerator was 44 degrees. I unplugged the unit for a minute, turned it on again. It didn't start running again. I turned up both thermostats to the coldest setting and after about a half hour, both compartments are cooling again. Is this normal or do I have a defective unit?

I can't find any documentation that says to what temperature the "recommended" settings should cool the unit.

Maytag dryer: Thermal fuse keeps going out on Maytag electric dryer

The thermal fuse on my Inglis Maytag dryer keeps blowing. With the fuse out, the element still gets heated, but the dryer doesn’t spin. I replaced the fuse and the dryer worked for a good 30 mins and then it stopped. Again, i replaced the fuse thinking there was something wrong with the fuse, and it worked for a good 20 mins and stopped.

Can someone tell me what the problem could be?

HI Mayer, that’s exactly the type of fuse I used. Based on the information provided, do you think the issue is with the heating element (it turns on very hot soon as i plug in, even with the fuse out), the thermostat, or something else ?

I have a B&W A7 wireless speaker box that I can no longer power on.

My unit worked very well for a long time up until a few weeks ago when it stopped working. Apparently, this is a power supply problem because there is no current draw for the 120VAC (Totally open circuit measured in the power outlet).

I need to troubleshooting the power supply, but I need to open the unit case to do that and after a very detailed inspection I can not see how to open the unit to have access to circuits inside the A7 wireless speaker system.

So, I need some help to tell me how is the procedure to open the B&W A7 to have access to its power supply to repair it.

Uh hello everyone, i got a issue on a 2012 Macbook pro 15 inch that it just won't boot. i tried to disconnect the battery, SMC reset but the Magsafe charger keep a constant green light, no not even a fan spin nor laptop warming up. It just won't boot.
