I bought a new Galaxy S7 to my son for the brithday present, I set a screen lock on the phone when testing the phone on the store, but I have lost my password, and my son can not use the new phone without password. How can I remove the password and enter the phone? Anyone who can help please?

Hi everyone

I have two Jabra Evolve 75 headsets, both with the same problem: The mic is not working anymore.

I suspect that after being raised and dropped X-many times a wire got loose inside but I can't find anyone brave enough who would open the headset and check if that is actually true.

I am super happy with this headsets and I really don't want to spend 300€ for new ones. Everything else is working perfectly, except the mic.

I hope there is someone who can help me out.

Device: Seagate One Touch (Hub version)

The Issue: I accidentally used the power adapter from my Roborock H7 Handheld Vacuum to power my Seagate One Touch external desktop drive.

The Specs Mismatch:

Seagate Requirement: 12V / 1.5A - 3A
Roborock H7 Charger Output: 25.6V / 1.4A
Result: I sent more than double the required voltage into the drive.

Current Status: The drive is currently unplugged. I am worried about the internal controller board or the drive motor being fried. I haven't tried plugging it into my computer yet because I’m afraid of a short circuit damaging my PC's USB ports.

My Questions for the Community:

Is there a high likelihood that the TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode on the HDD's PCB sacrificed itself?
Should I attempt to "shuck" the drive (remove it from the Seagate enclosure) and try connecting the internal SATA drive directly to a PC or a different SATA-to-USB adapter?
If the PCB on the hard drive itself is burnt, is a DIY board swap possible, or does the BIOS chip need to be moved to a donor board?

Any guidance on how to test the internal drive safely without risking my computer would be greatly appreciated!

My MI 4A TV is neither starting from the remote nor from the power button of the TV. The red light always keeps on burning in the TV, which used to turn off after starting the TV, but now it does not turn off.

Sorry, a very generic question but I'm struggling to find anything other than keycap replacement guides. Keyboard has water damage, resulting in a stuck key. Took the keyboard out, no sign of any residual water or dirt but I failed to find a route to expose the contacts and got scared. Since it is not too old, I'm also not seeing any used parts which I can swap.

The calculation was done in VECTOR mode from the menu. When trying to do something, the calculator hangs, after clearing by the 'ON' button, you can see this status of MENU. Apart from these 3 modes, no other mode is showing, if I want to scroll up or down, the pause sign (2nd picture) is coming on the upper right side.

Hi, I haven't used some PS3 controllers in a while and now they won't turn on. I've tried connecting them to the console, the PC, and the power outlet, but nothing works.

I managed to get one of them to turn on by pressing the small button on the back, but now it won't.

Apple Thunderbolt Display: How can I fix my display blacking out intermittently?

I've had the Apple Thunderbolt Display for a little more than a year, and it has started to intermittently go black for a few seconds at a time. When it does, I usually lose connection to my usb devices connected through the display. If I let it go on, it blanks more and more frequently until the system kernel panics.

So far, I've tried cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol. This made them more visually attractive, but did not solve the problem.

Second, I tried using another macbook pro, but it had the same issue.

I've noticed that the thunderbolt connector heats up significantly when it's in use. I'm wondering if there's a heat-related issue that could be causing a broken connection in the electronics inside the connector. Any thoughts?
