Huawei phone unable to receive incoming calls or can't make calls, screen goes blank

Introduction

Encountering an issue with older versions of Huawei devices where they cannot make calls or answer incoming calls. The error originates from the search application, and you can resolve it by downloading a new search application. Once Huawei fixes the default error, its own application will also be available for use.
