I think my laptop is over charged. Now it's not turning on and black screem . When I plug in to charge the green light on charger turn off automatically.. Below its not showing any sign of charging power.etc....

Have you tried a different charger? It might need a battery replacement in the laptop.

@faizanhassan Try a different power socket in a different room, preferably without an extension cord.
It sounds like the fuse on the charger is tripping when you plug the laptop into the charger. A different socket may help.
