    do you mean OTA RESTORE? (from the updates in setting on the ios ?was it trying to update to ios6? )try to get a charged battery ,or if it charges ,charge it from the wall socket,if not then after replacing battery,try and rstore it via itunes,with custom (or normal ipsw file if its factory unlocked,)if itunes gives you error,metion what error it is,you should be in dfu mode and use ireb5 to pwn it for a custome firmware,also make sure you changes cable usb jack,and the cable is fine ,

    hello DEAREST friends!! PLEASE HELP me how can i jumper it ? please ? recieved iphone 4 after water damage with erro -1 in itunes now its fixed but constently losing wifi/gsm signal the phone has imei and all ,please help me if you can ? with what wire can i use to jumper it,its too close to another fuse , you saID YOU made a jumper with soldering iron ,since its too small i guess you only implemented soldering iron and thats it ? can it also be the bb or other coil? can you please answer me ? http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/10470...

    hardware error like 23 has too much variables it means radio comm and more the best thing to do is just pull out the pcb and insert it in different iphone that is a "known good one" (instaed of the pcb there) if error persists then its a = board issue with the radio's either bb,check for all parts '

    first take out the sim.if still issue remains test with good known battery if still restarting check the btry contacts try hard reset it-and inpesct the pcb Update: forgot to tell ya ,also check the sim contacts Update: this might also be an unstable ios either dpkg if jb Update: last update ios=overheating=no way! STRAIGHT hardware !

    so the phone is fully functional without the screen? is the vibrate ,answer a call,or turning off the iphone works>? if you all the above works then it must be your fauly lcd ,or check the connection on the board & the ribbon cables ,its either that or the backlight coil ,or else anycase you should open your phoen and follow the method above ,and you might also try a hairdryer with correct ammount of heat,check with magnifying glass or better microscope for any visual damage of the parts ,
