Answer to: Won't power on - at all. What to do/replace?
I'd go for a new MagSafe Board, as it doesn't work, even when plugged in and battery removed. See here: Cheers, deSteini -

Answer to: Replacing iPhone 4 front assembly piece by piece?
Hey kvnta, I heard of people that managed to disassemble the Display Assembly (although not without breaking the whole thing to pieces), but I don't think you you can buy just an LCD and then put everything together with a little glue. Moreover, even if it were possible (which I'm sure it isn't) how would that look like with all the glue in between the different parts... Nope sorry pal, that was just a waste of money. Here is the right place to get a replacement for your display assembly: Kind regards, deSteini -
Answer to: eSata Port on 27" iMac
Dear Kristyanna, Unfortunately eSATA is not supported by any Mac at the time... The only way to get eSATA on a Mac is to buy a MacPro install and eSATA expansion card inside. The same thing being said about the video card... You got to live with what you bought... There is no way of upgrading an iMac in the way you'd like to...The only way on getting those features would be a MacPro for you. Kind regards, deSteini -

Answer to: Getting online with iPod
Hey Clifton, It would help if you could be little more specific on what you are doing and what doesn't work... In order to get your iPod touch online, you go to Settings. There you should see a Tab called "Wi-"Fi". When entering that Tab, wou will be presented with a list of available "Wi-Fi" networks. In order to connect, just tap on the corresponding name. If your Wi-Fi is not listed (for example because its SSID is hidden), tap on "Other..." and provide the actual name and encryption. Kind regards, Ronny -

Answer to: My iPad won't find my iPhone via Bluetooth
Dear Eduardo, Unfortunately Bluetooth on any iDevice is very limited and pairing you iPad with an iPhone over Bluetooth is not possible at the moment. What you can pair however are any kind of Bluetooth headphones/headsets or your computer. But even when paired to a computer, access is limited only to Sharing your 3G connection with that computer. You cannot send or receive any files over bluetooth, unless you have a jailbroken iDevice and btstack installed. For further info on this matter, please visit: http://code.google.com/p/btstack/ Kind regards, Ronny -
Answer to: Certain portions of the screen are not responding?
Dear Rioch, As you still get a clear picture of those spaces, it looks as if only the touchscreen glass is concerned. Do a hard-reset of your phone (holding Power and Home buttons simultaneously until you see the silver apple on black background appear), just to confirm that you are not looking at a software glitch. Then head over to the Parts section of iFixit to get either a Front Panel (35$) or a Front Panel Assembly (70$) depending on you fixing skills. See here: Kind Regards, Ronny
