Is this the speaker at the bottom of the phone or the earpiece speaker? If it is the earpiece speaker, it is pretty easy.

You may need to push down on the glass while screwing those two screws in. Is the glass flush with the bezel?

Anyone had any luck taking the antenna and speaker off of a defective dock connector assembly and reattaching it to a replacement assembly?
