    Fairly simple. Just hold your finger on an app for about 3 seconds and all the apps will shake around and they will all have a black and white X on them. Tap the x and it will ask if you're sure, tap yes, and it will delete.

    Sounds like a trip to the Apple Store is in order. All 4th generation iPods should be covered by warranty. Run the iPod's serial number through Apple.com and see if it has warranty left.

    If you can remember all the purchased songs, apps, etc. You can just go back to iTunes on your computer and re-download them free of charge. Also try reseting the iPod by holding down the top power button and the home button for about 4-5 seconds. Try YouTube as well. Its how I learned to do these sort of things.

    You could either buy a new digitizer and try replacing the screen. Or just sell on eBay. But since it has water damage buying a new screen might not be the best idea. Hope I can help!

    Sorry, but it sounds like its dead :( . You could always get a new shuffle though! They're cheap and come with 2gb's instead of one for more storage.
