  • Answer to: Screen will not unlock

Never heard of the "fingers technique" before but if it's not unlocking I would start by replacing the digitizer. If it doesn't get fixed then it should be a harder problem to fix, you might have to replace the flex cable which is very hard.
  • Answer to: Non working LCD display. (Electrolysis Damage)

  • Answer to: Battery will not hold a charge

When you plug it does the charging icon appear or does it go directly to fully charged icon? If it's the second, the ipod is not recognizing the battery wich may be from a bad installation. If it's the first then the battery should be proper installed but the ipod may have a problem in the charging circuit.
  • Answer to: Can I replace mother board of 4th nano with a 2nd?

They are both fixable individually! You just need to solder a new hold ribbon to the 4th gen and a new battery to the 2nd gen. If you don't feel capable of doing it i can do it for you.

  • Answer to: How can I transfer iPod content to new computer?

There is also a way with no software needed, just tick windows to see hidden files. Then browse de ipod content in windows explorer (don't remind the folder name but it's the one that was hidden). Then copy the music folders to your computer and finally add that folder to your music library in itunes.
