I actually would be curious to know if it is at all possible to modify the hardware for any of the ipod touch - more specifically to the first and second generation. If it is possible, how could it be done from the hardware aspects to the programming aspects. I am just mainly curious as to this because I always knew Apple would eventually come out with an Itouch with camera, as if you were to look at the back of the first and second generation, there is this black piece in the top left corner that serves no purpose. I am just curious as to what is behind that piece.. I don't want to actually remove my self, wonder if anyone has done it them self.
