Finally i got it working ! it wasn't as difficult as it looked. Mayer was right! on the external monitor it worked. but the lcd screen was broken. For 30 euros i could buy an slightly damaged (glossy) lcd screen. the only thing i had to do was to make an adjustment to connect the screen to the inverter, and carefully place the lcd. But that was all. Powerbook is working great now. Graphics are wonderfull on the glossy screen. Next project is a Powerbook G4 15 1,67 with nou sound, no lcd, fans are not working so it shuts down (or goes to sleep and does not wake up) after 5-10 minutes: so heat prob. i quess, or DC-IN/Sound board prob of course.
