try puting in a new batery or let apple do it for you but if apple does it for you then its the same price almost as a new one When i drain mine it starts up when its pluged in I sent in 5 ipod in horible time with them cant wait for the ipod touch with camera to come out in a few months -

Did you try puting in a new logic board if it does not help send it in to apple if its still in warinty. if not then you sould also bring it into the genuis bar before you send it into apple through the mail. -

Try charging it if u cant and it still says low batery Mine only says that when it is dead if it is not dead then try reformating it of try sending it to apple if it is watter damaged then they wont fix it for you they might it depends what iPod you have that is the price
