    Te voy a escribir en español para que me entiendas mejor, primero dejame decirte que el cambiar una tarjeta o cualquier componete de las iMac no es algo sencillo que cualquier persona pueda hacer, por otro lado si tienes algo de conocimientos en el tema, entonces compra la pieza y has el cambio. Sinceramente el mejor consejo que te puedo dar es este, si tu computadora vale la pena arreglarla osea, tiene buenas prestaciones mejor paga el precio que te dicen en la Apple Store y que ellos se encarguen de todo, por otro lado si tu computador ya tiene mas de 1 anno te recomiendo que lo vendas para repuestos (aki en esta misma pagina te lo pueden comprar) y mejor reúnes el dinero y te compras uno nuevo, por que a como veo que quieres reparar la tarjeta lógica quiere decir que es un problema serio.     I think you have a temperature problem, you have to check if the coolers are working ok, and if is possible try to open the computer and check if it has dust inside, clean it and watch if all the coolers are working fine, other problem can be the operative system, if you have windows vista try to upgrade to windows 7 or downgrade to windows XP, because windows vista needs much more RAM to run so the computer can turn off because it lose all the RAM.

    Sorry to say, but you need the original disk for your computer, or, install Leopard on your PowerBook. You can find Leopard on eBay, Amazon, Apple Store, RapidShare, MegaUpload. I don't recommend torrents, so dont get it there.

    hello my friend, I'm sorry to say this but the only way you can protect your laptop is using a cover, or try to keep your hands clean and dry when you use your computer. PD: I have the same problem than you and I'm seriously thinking about buying a cover for my Macbook Pro.
