  • Step One

    • Remove back cover

    • Remove battery

  • Remove 4 screws from back of phone

  • Snap off plastic housing

  • SLOWLY remove motherboard, Unsnapping the wire that go to the screen while removing

  • Pull out keypad

  • With phone open remove virgin mobile sticker to expose screw heads

  • Remove screws

  • Remove underline y slotted screws
