My Problem
My girlfriend dropped her iPhone and shattered the rear panel... It needed replacement.
My Fix
The repair went very smoothly. It only took about a minute or two to do and I already had the correct screwdriver for her iPhone 4. The new rear panel didn't slide into place as easily as the old one slid out, but with careful encouragement it seated in place.
My Advice
Although they're identical on the outside, there is a difference between the iPhone 4 and 4s rear panels (placement of the internal locking tabs), be sure you order the correct one for your device. As with any repair, be sure to do your research first or you may spend your money and time on the wrong parts for the job!
