My Problem
Battery was fried in my phone, no longer held a charge.
My Fix
I've opened up a few iphones and this seemed to be straightforward. After closing the phone back up I got a "No Service" so I had to re-open and re-check all the antenna connections. Worked the second time around.
My Advice
Be careful where you pry when wrenching that battery away from its adhesive. There are certain places that you can do real damage if you are prying against it. Take it slow and double check everything as you go.
