My Problem
Battery wouldn't hold charge anymore. Would die after 30 mins on a full charge.
My Fix
Took about 2 hours. Was very careful/cautious. Took a long time to get phone apart and then to get battery out. Both were about equally difficult to do.
My Advice
Definitely need 2 people to do this repair. The hard part was getting a good grip of the base part of phone while trying to pry the top/screen off. Finally decided to plug in some old headphones into the jack to give me something to grab onto to hold phone down. (I never use headphones anyway so if jack was ruined, it wouldn't affect me that much). Worked like a charm. Although my jack was not damaged, you may not want to risk it if you use headphone jack a lot.
