My Problem
The USB connector of my nexus 7 was too loose. I opened the device, and squeezed the connector a little.
My Fix
The guide proposes the use of the plastic opening tools, but I damaged these tools trying to open mine, so I used a metalic spudger instead.
My Advice
Don't use a plastic tool to open the nexus 7: use a metalic one.
