My Problem
The battery did not hold it's charge. A co-worker gave me a refurb battery and I needed to take the old one out
My Fix
I've done basic replacements on laptops before so this was a no brainer, just an issue with the special screws where Apple tries to force you to come to the their store to pay for "premium" service... something you can do yourself really.
My Advice
push down and turn slowly in proper direction (lefty loosey) as the screws look brittle with the round design
