My Problem
the factory speaker was damaged
My Fix
I followed the instructions provided by ifixit and replaced the speaker. I had a little trouble with the display screen adapters but after rechecking the cables, all was good.
My Advice
Be patient when working on this phone. Every time there is less space for us to work on them so we have to be patient and careful! :)
