Noisy fan, sometimes didnt work properly

My Problem

3 years after buying macbook pro, my fan has started to be very, very noisy and sometimes even stopped working. I have tried to clean it, but it didnt work.

My Fix

Repair was fast and easy. I follow the guide step by step and it took only about 10 minutes.

From now, my fan is unhearable again and Im very happy about it.
