My Problem
Battery was dying, would lose a charge in < 30 minutes running bluetooth adapter to stream music
My Fix
Went well, it was tough to get the case open. Broke 2 plastic tools before I got in. I followed the repair gude most of the way, but when I got to the 2nd side opening, could not get any of the recommended tools to get it started. At that point I used a small jewelers screw driver to open the problem side enough to get the putty knife in.
My Advice
Be patient. Be careful. If you get frustrated, walk away, calm down, come backand try again. Buy ALL the recommended tools and get 2 sets of the plastic tools, they are cheap and if this is your first time doing this repair, you will need them all.
I used a couple of dead credit cards to slide into the case to hold it open after getting things started. They won't damage the metal, are thin, and are pretty strudy.
