My Fix
It was good and iFixit tools are great but the tools given are limited.
The iOpener doesn't keep much temperature so it must be reheated many times. I used instead a hot water bottle that has a smooth surface and the water inside at 80°C (176° F) keeps the temp for a longer time so I could concentrate on removing the small pieces of glass. The iOpener is good when the glass is one piece and I can put the guitar piece of plastic along the line.
I also had problem with the plastic spudger which got worn after some glass removal. I have the complete iFixit tools and then I used the metal spudger which has a longer life on its thinner area.
My Advice
Beware the small pieces of glass and wear clear safety glasses.
A magnifier is not a safety glasses you can wear it over the real safety glasses...
