My Problem
First, i've found that the imac g5, switch on, two seconds and off... so i checked the blogs, faq, forums, etc, and found that the power supply was the usual suspect. I love this computer, 6 years of service without stop, without problems, nowadays my wife uses it to surf the net, email, etc... so I made a consideration about this, check prices... you can't buy a new computer as good as it for only 150 $.... so go for it.
The laptop had become very noisy lately, so I decided to chane the fan to fix this
My Fix
everything, with ifixti guides was ok.
My Advice
Just take care when pulling out the power supply is not as easy as it seems.
