My Problem

The battery had been failing for some time, getting weaker every day at the end.

My Fix

Not much to tell. I followed iFixit's guide for replacing the battery in a 1st gen iPod Touch. Each step went just as the Guide stated. And I succeeded!

My Advice

Just follow the Guide. This is my third use of iFixit's guides for diverse electronic repairs. And each time the guide lead me to success.
