fusion drive and 16GB RAM on Mac-Mini late 2012

My Problem

Wanted to speed up this neat little Mac package.

My Fix

Added a 256 solid state drive configured as a fusion drive in combo with the existing 1TB. Delivery of parts took less than 24hrs. Amazing! Install went flawlessly. Not a difficult operation but a little nerve-wracking for the uninitiated.

My Advice

Used OWC website and misc. info from apple support to pull this off.
