My Problem
My 2004 iPod is one of my favorite possessions. Sad was the day it stopped holding a charge altogether. You need a new one, everyone said. But I'm not that fickle and I stuck with it even though we always needed to be near an outlet! Then I heard aout iFixit. The perfect solution.
My Fix
The little repair tool helped, but eventually broke. The credit card worked better. The entire operation lasted about 15-20 minutes.
My Advice
Watch the videos, work patiently.
