My Problem
I've had my sturdy MacBook since 2006. The wireless card started to get weaker and weaker, and finally gave up the ghost after a marathon Netflix watching session. I guess that's how it goes.
My Fix
As with all the other repairs I've attempted on my Mac, the iFixit guide was absolutely excellent. It took about 15 minutes, and only that long because I accidentally skipped one of the steps and didn't remove a few screws that I needed to. Anybody who says that Macs aren't serviceable at home has not discovered iFixit!
My Advice
The video for this repair was pretty helpful, though I followed the guide after watching the video.
