My Fix
The repair, Thanks to your detailed guide, was easier than a walk in the park.
The Tools: Suction Cups, Home tech toolkit,and Magnetic Project mat worked very well.
I think I spent more time cleaning the display, the window, and the dust out of the unit than I did fixing it.
My Advice
The adviser from both you folks and various Apple employees saying that the 2210 could only take advantage of a maximum of 750GB isn't my experience. Disk Utility and the "About this Mac" all see the Drive as 1TB. Whether it will let me fill it past 750 remains to be seen;regardless the cost of the few 750GB out there makes the !TB cheaper.
