My Problem
Original display screen digitizer cable damaged during home button replacement.
My Fix
This time I knew exactly what to be cautious with and the installation went very smooth. The only problem I had was with the replacement screws ordered. Multiple screws were not even threaded so I had to reuse the worn original screws.
My Advice
Be cautious with the digitizer ribbon cable. Very easy to tear if not fed in slot correctly. Do not pull cable to gain slack.
