The tool did its job perfectly, though the problem with the screen wasn't fixed.
My Advice
If you're having this issue just be aware that tightening the screws on the inside may not rectify the problem; for some it works, for others it doesn't. Don't let that stop you from purchasing this tool though, it's really useful for when you want to do some interior maintenance or replace parts by yourself.
