My Problem
My battery got hot, then charged shortened to 2 hrs, then went dead. The nearest Apple store is a 6 hour drive. Ifixit allowed me to install a new battery and now all is good.
My Fix
Followed the step by step instructions and it was effortless.
My Advice
I ordered the Deluxe tool kit, but my home tools would have done the job. However it is cool to have all those screw tips for the future.
